I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your help with an insurance claim that I was not able to get paid for months. I explained to Maria that it was a Pennsylvania Workman's Comp claim and they kept denying it due to incorrect medical codes. Maria emailed me the CMS-1500 medical claim form and then walked me step-by-step through filling it out. I faxed the form to the State on Tuesday and by Thursday 2/4/2010 we had a check! Not only was Maria helpful, she was extremely patient and kind to me. Thank you again for your help.
