Dear Insurance Solutions,You guys are priceless! I just received the July/August 2008 newsletter yesterday, and today I received my first perio maintenance denial from UHC because scaling and root planing had not been performed within 24 months. I was amazed to read your article on that very topic. I know this patient will be calling, and I am going to give her a copy of the article. I hope all of you realize how much assistance this newsletter gives all of us working out here in dental offices. Sometimes it just helps to know that we are not alone with these problems.
