Course Description:
Looking for answers to YOUR dental insurance and coding questions?
This is a unique dental coding workshop...one you won't want to miss.
Participants will use wireless infrared technology to interact dynamically with the presenter expanding awareness of how dental procedures are coded and documented in other practices. Following our in-depth analysis of CDT 2011-2012's new and revised codes, participants will learn how to construct meaningful narratives so dental insurance consultants will have the information they need to authorize payments for crowns, buildups, crown lengthening, onlays, veneers, implant supported restorations, periodontal scaling and root planing, site-specific antimicrobials, surgical extractions, etc.
Fasten your seat belts as we explore the insurance industry's movements toward risk-based dental benefits. Learn how to submit TMJ orthotics and sleep apnea appliances to medical plans, appeal denied claims, negotiate PPO fees, handle overpayment refund requests, and understand dentists' options and responsibilities under Medicare and Workers' Comp.
This is the coding workshop that you will want your entire team to attend. Register early as space is limited, and the course will fill quickly.
